The cards were overnighted to me and I had the joy of feeling them and seeing them. I'm very happy. First shipments will be going out next Wednesday.

SEE THE CARDS HERE (I tried to embed the video but it wouldn't work.)

Exciting!

where o’ where are the cards?

I hope you are well.

I did expect that the cards were being prepped to ship this last week. I learned on Friday that BECAUSE the embossed cases were printed with another printer (because of the embossing) than the cards- they apparently now need to be ‘assembled’. (This I didn’t know would be additional time added to the timeline.

I’m hoping to have an update with good news soon. Thank you for your patience. My best, Mark Ludy

NEXT 48 HOURS... and what the last 3 weeks have been like
almost 6 years ago – Tue, Jun 26, 2018 at 11:51:53 PM

Within the next 48 hours I'll be sending out our Survey +PLUS!+ the opportunity to get ADD-ONS!

What are 'ADD-ONS?'

Exclusive to YOU, the backers of this KickStarter - I'm making available the opportunity to get more decks of cards that you can add on to your initial reward - AND - if interested, the art from the Decks - All at a CRAZY LOW PRICE! ...because you're you!

What I've been doing over the last two - three weeks...

I'm one of those that can't leave well enough alone. I distinguished each of the decks from each other in way of the face card designs. I'll attach pics of a suit so you can see. (Also when you get your survey you can actually see what every card looks like up close). So, instead of it just being the BACK of the cards and the tuck-box that are different - they are now two completely different designed decks.

The embossing had to be re-designed, re-done 3 times. In preparation for the printing I've had to re-format to different specs from what I initially had in going to China and figure out how to prepare the art for the United States Playing Card Co.. When the  Kickstarter ended I thought I'd be just sending the completed files as they were completed and ready... not the case. ALL THE LAST THREE WEEKS have been spent in revisions and every card was impacted in the deck in some little to major way.

And... I'm glad I did. I think it is much stronger and will work out great. I'm proud of what has been created and I MYSELF can't wait to see it completed and in my hands. I want to play with them!
